Can the Curt auxiliary LED Indicator lights C53201 be mounted to the Curt 2 bike platform rack c18085 wheel holders?

Hello Richard,
Yes, you can most definitely put the Curt Auxiliary LED Indicator Lights # C53201 on the wheel trays of the Curt 2 Bike Platform Rack - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches - Frame Mount - Tilting # C18085. The lights are held on by the adhesive on the back, so you can really just stick them onto anything. Just make sure you put the lights on the right sides or you might have some really confused drivers behind you.
I also attached an image where you can see the wires are nice and neat under the cargo carrier, they used tap but you could use zip ties too.
What kind of bikes do you have? Do you have a trail near by you like to ride? We have the Katy Trail near us here in Missouri, it is always packed with riders.
