Hello. I own a 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude. Hello Roberto, thanks for reaching out.
The etrailer Class 3 Hitch # e98901 is correct for the 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude. just keep in mind your tow hooks will need to be removed to install the hitch, and if you have a full size spare, it will no longer fit under the vehicle.
That said, the best way to carry that surron ebike will be with a Dirt Bike carrier like part # UF48-979033. This has a 500 lb capacity so it is plenty strong for that kind of bike. You will just need a couple ratchet straps like part # e72NR.
As far as installers in your area, I recommend you check with Jeep Conversion Solutions in Miami. They have a lot of experience with Jeeps and trailer hitch installs.
