Looking For Replacement Axle For 4 x 8 Northern Tool Folding Trailer

I have a 4 x 8 folding Northern Tool trailer and I am looking for a replacement axle with hubs. Do you stock an axle for this trailer?

Hello Gary, thanks for reaching out. We may have an axle for you, but there is no way to look up your trailer online to know exactly what you need. Trailer manufacturers just do not make this kind of information available online.

To find a replacement axle, I will need to know the axle weight capacity, hub face length, and spring center length of the current axle. There should be a tag or sticker on the axle that shows this information. If that is not present you can measure the hub face length and spring center length, and we can use the GVWR to narrow down the weight capacity.

For example, the Trailer Axle with Idler Hubs # e25GR has a 60" hub face length, 48" spring center, and is rated for 2,200 lbs. It comes with 4 on 4 idler hubs and it is a 1-3/4" round tube.
