Should the Replacement Lift Cylinder for Fisher Snow Plow be Taken Apart to Match Pieces with Plow

Question:

bought a hydraulic cylinder from trailer and my fitting doesnt fit the threaded female in cylinder. What thread size or fitting for this cylinder ITEM 3371304305

Did you remove the end of the Replacement Lift Cylinder for Fisher Snow Plow # 3371304305 with the silver piece on it? This isn't meant to be taken apart, and is comparable to the Fisher part numbers A318 and 20116K so if you have something else, I don't really have a way to compare anything for you.

If you're determined to take the lift cylinder apart, the good news is that you'll be able to measure the thread size and pitch once you remove it.

What snow plow are you using this for?

thread size for the fitting in cylinder is 14mmx1.5. angle fitting. something you should have known.
