Yes, you can so long as your small enough to get underneath your van. The mounting brackets for the Aries RidgeStep Running Boards item # AA2055539 go back pretty far, so you will need to get your arms back there with the ability to turn a socket. It's going to be a lot easier to get them installed if you can get the van up off the ground like you were changing a tire. You don't need a lift like you see in the instructions.
The Aries item # AA2055539 are custom fit for the 2023 Ram ProMaster 2500 with a 159" wheelbase.
