Hey Kevin,
I can definitely get you setup with that wiring harness for your 4Runner. Part # 118341 is a Tekonsha T-One Wiring harness that is going to be a simple plug and play installation to give you the 4 flat connection you need. This harness plugs in behind the trim panels in the rear of the vehicle, on the drivers and passenger side.
What are you looking to use the harness and hitch for?

Hey Nick, I am building some apartments, and I am renting some Home Depot equipment. I checked, and I can do it all with a 2" ball. Thanks for the help! Kevin USA RV Repair and Inspections 909-544-9255
