I will be needing to buy 2 sets of TSS=107-40 Sumo Springs. Am I able to pick them up at your location off of 70.

You'll need to purchase the SumoSprings Trailer Helper Springs w/ Line Relocation Bracket # TSS-107-40 online and have them shipped to your address. Unfortunately, at this time we don't have a pickup location available on site in Wentzville.

If you're planning on having a shop do the installation for you, I've linked our installer locator tool for you to check out. Just input your zip code, and it will give you a list of shops in your area we do business with that do trailer suspension type of work.
