I have a 2024 Mazda cx5. I’m a little confused by the term “flush mounted rails”. The vehicle has four threaded holes in each side, covered by a trim piece that sits flush with the roof. Hey Kody! Thanks for the pictures. You do not have the flush rails so this is considered a naked roof with no existing rails or crossbars. Although the # IN74WR you referenced is designed for fixed mounting points it will not fit the ones on your 2024 Mazda CX-5.
If you want an Inno Aero rack the only option is the # IN89BR or # IN95PR that use their fit kit hooks. If you would like a roof rack that attaches to the fixed mounting points you can use the Rhino-Rack Vortex Roof Rack for Fixed Mounting Points # RR92NP or Thule WingBar Evo # TH23GA.
