How to Order Replacement Key for Kuat Sherpa 2.0 Bike Rack

Question:
We were gifted a slightly used Sherppa II bike rack and would like to get a spare key for it. When we travel, we like to have two keys. The local ACE Hardware could not duplicate the factory key because they did not have the correct size blank. We would like to know how to buy a second key or at least obtain a blank key. The number on our key is 105. Thanks
