Solution for 2012 Open Range LF297RLS Towing Nose High

Question:

I have a 2012 open range LF297RLS 5th wheel. Im pulling it with a 2001 f350 4x4 with a 3 lift. 5th wheel sits nose high. A lot.... Has Lippert component axles 4400-gawr. Looking for lift solution for the trailer.

Hey Allen! Just to be sure, have you adjusted the pin box and your 5th wheel hitch to try to lower the nose? If you haven't, I recommend doing that first. Also, are your leaf springs sitting on top of the axle? They probably are but if they aren't, you can use an over-under kit like # K71-384-00 (2-3/8" diameter axle) or # K71-385-00 (3" diameter axle) to raise the trailer.

If the leaf springs are already on top we have the Correct Track Trailer Alignment and Lift Kit # RR23QX. This will raise your trailer by 2-1/4" to help offset the lift from your 2001 F-350 and get you level.
