I have a 2012 kia soul with a roadmaster base plate with cross bar. can I convert to use a blue ox tow bar?

Yes, you can David! You'll need the Roadmaster Base Plate Adapter Brackets item # RO64FR for your Blue Ox tow bar. If you do not have the crossbar for the Roadmaster Baseplate you'll also need the Replacement Quick Disconnect Crossbar Assembly for Roadmaster Tow Bars item # 910021-00. This set up will allow you to connect to the Roadmaster item # 522112-1 baseplate on your Kia Soul.
