Hey Marlin. I looked up the owner's manual on your PD4655TV series converter and it is not compatible with lithium batteries. You're going to have to upgrade your converter again to the Progressive Dynamics Replacement Section for AC/DC Power Distribution Panel item # PD4655V you were looking at. This converter also fits WFCO model 8955 and Parallax model 7155 power centers.
The Progressive Dynamics item # PD4655V has a jumper to change the charging profile to lithium compatible. You'll need to move the black jumper over from the WIZ side to the LI side and you'll be set.
If you're looking for lithium batteries, I suggest taking a look at the Go Power Sun Cycle Advanced Lithium RV Battery item # GP99QR.
If you have any additional questions go ahead and throw them into the comment box below and I'll be happy to help you.

Hey Marlin, how did things go after switching to the PD4655V converter for your lithium setup? Did moving the jumper to the LI side get everything charging correctly? Your update could make it easier for others upgrading to lithium batteries.
