Hello Jeff, thanks for reaching out. It is possible to add a lift kit to 5th wheel campers like your 2023 Alliance 22ML. The easiest option for a lift is an over-under kit like the Dexter Trailer Springs Over-Under Conversion Kit # K71-385-00 if the trailer has 3" diameter axles, or # K71-384-00 if the trailer has 2-3/8" diameter axles. An over under kit raises the height of the trailer by the diameter of the axle plus the height of the spring pack and is a great choice to add a lift without any major modifications or welding.

Feel free to leave a reply below with any other questions and I am happy to get back to you.

Thank you but the axles are already under the leaf springs. What about upgrading the leaf springs to something heavier? Thanks for the help!

@Jeff Upgrading the leaf springs may be possible but that would not be a good way to add lift to the deck height. Generally, you want the springs to be rated the same as the axle. Doing higher rated springs can make the ride rough. Aside from the over-under kit, you will want to be careful lifting it beyond that. Adding taller leaf spring hangers is a way to add lift but that requires modification/welding. Doing larger tires can also add a bit of height but you will be limited based on axle spacing and fender clearance.
