What is Weight Capacity for Timbren Trailer Suspension Kit T92MR

Question:

Is this capacity 5,000 lbs each or total for the pair? I have a tandem axle with 7,000 lb axles and 3,500 leaf springs

Hey Henry, the weight capacity of the Timbren suspension system part # T92MR is 5k for the axle or in other words for both of them combined. You should note this doesn't increase the towing capacity of your vehicle by this much weight as instead that number represents how much additional support you would be adding to suspension.

So is this not a product recommended for loads greater than 10k lbs on my trailer? If so, is there a recommended one?

@Henry It would definitely work with your trailer and would give you additional support like you are wanting. Sorry if I was confusing but what I was trying to say was that it wouldn't give you additional capacity beyond what you are axles are rated for.
