Hello Paul, thanks for reaching out. The correct trailer hitch for your 2022 Kia K5 is the Curt Class 1 Hitch # C58JR. This has a 1-1/4" receiver and a 200 lb tongue weight capacity.
There are some great bike rack options that will work with the 1-1/4" hitch. I see that you were looking at the Hollywood Racks Destination Bike Rack # HLY94FR. This is a great price-friendly option for carrying two bikes. It can hold bikes weighing up to 35 lbs so ideal for road bikes or mountain bikes.
