Hey Brian, thanks for reaching out!
The Curt Echo Under-Dash Bluetooth Brake Controller # C27JR is a plug and play installation via the Wiring Adapter # C51455. The "play" part kind of depends on what your 2018 Toyota Tundra is equipped with.
If you have the factory 7-Way then you're good to go. If you have the factory 4-Way then you need the Hopkins # 37185, and if you don't have any factory wiring at the back of your truck you need the Wiring # ETBC7 kit.
