Part Number: TST-507-INT-6-C Hello, I see that this part number has a buy used option installed/test fit , I am wondering: 1 if they are guaranteed to work? 2 if they have warranty of any kind? 3 I need 10 total, would it be possible to add on just 4 of the same product? Thank you for your time

Hey Albert, so yes the TST TPMS # TST-507-INT-6-C is guaranteed to work and comes with a limited 3-year warranty. As far as adding sensors go, you can add the remaining 4 sensors with 4 of the Internal Tire Sensor for TST TPMS Systems # TST-507-INT-S1.
There isn't a kit that has all 4 sensors so you'd need to add them individually, but if there is anything else I can do for you please let me know below!
