Inner Diameter for the Gears in the Lippert Venture Lead Leg Repair Kit

Question:

Hello, I have a 2021 Forest River Cherokee Wolf Pack. I ordered a knockoff gear kit 146059 from Amazon. The larger gear only has an ID of 1/2” but my old gear has a little over a 9/16” ID. I’m just wondering it this OEM kit would have the proper size ID in the gear. Or maybe I have the wrong kit. Is there a way you can check the ID size before I purchase this kit?

Hey Jim, I actually went out to the warehouse and measured the inner diameter of both gears for the Lippert Venture Lead Leg Repair Kit for 5th Wheel RV Landing Gear # LC146059, the larger one and the smaller one, and they both come out to 1/2".

Bryce, Thanks for going out to measure them. That was great of you to take that extra step. I will need to figure out what kind of jack I have. The jack screw is larger than 1/2”. Thanks again
