Does 2023 Winnebago Revel Have Brake Controller Install Connector Under Seat

Question:

I own a 2023 Winnebago Revel. I want/need to trailer a 16 dual axel enclosed trailer. Trailer has electric brakes. I need a controller for the van. The van is a MB Sprinter. Vinw1w4ebvy8np445991. I am unsure if the base Sprinter has the proper harness connections under captain chair. Can you verify if it would have the connectors based upon the VIN number? I have seen a few install videos and it appears quite easy to install, if equipped with proper equipment.

Hey Derek, your 2023 Winnebago Revel would have been made on a 2022 Mercedes Sprinter 2500 chassis which for sure does have the brake controller port under the seat like you mentioned.

The Redarc Tow Pro Elite part # RED52CR is a really nice brake controller that comes with the correct harness that plugs into this port and only actually puts a small knob on the dash of your Sprinter so it's a really nice option.

Is there another part needed? Videos mention a no splicing adapter. What is that part?

@DerekS That specific Redarc brake controller part number comes with the custom harness needed for your Sprinter that plugs in under the seat so no additional harness is needed.
