Can Trailer Wiring Running Lights be Converted to Turn Signals

can i have my running lights become turning lights

Hey Roy, yes you can wire up the running lights on your trailer to be turn signals but you will need to use a taillight converter to get the turn signal circuit separate from the brake lights since that is how trailer wiring is. For that you'd want the part # C56196 which will accomplish this. Once you wire the input side to your current wiring the yellow and green wires would carry just the turn signals by themselves.
