SumoSprings Rebel Custom Helper Springs For 2025 Ford F350

Updated 10/27/2025 | Published 03/21/2025

Question:

I have a 2025 ford f350 and have about 4.5 of rear sag when hauling my fifth wheel with about 3200 pounds in the bed. I have been looking at Sumo Rebel springs and TorkLift Stableload for upper overload springs to reduce the sag and improve sway and roll. I was wondering which might perform better for this while not making unloaded ride more harsh.

Hello Nelvin, thanks for reaching out, and congrats on the new truck. Between those two options I recommend the SumoSprings Rebel Custom Helper Springs # SSR-128-47-2. Those StableLoads are fine but you will see much better ride leveling with the sumos. They are 5,000 lb capacity so these will help a lot with leveling and stability. It may not take care of 100% of the sagging, but it will be noticeably improved.

Also these Rebel springs are two-piece so they separate when not under a load which means the factory ride will be unchanged. They only engage and compress when under a load so you don't get a harsh ride.

Hey Nelvin, how did things turn out after adding the SumoSprings Rebel helper springs to your F-350? Did you notice a big difference in the rear sag and sway when towing your fifth wheel? Your update could make it easier for others setting up similar trucks.
