Hey Ed! To pull a tow dolly you'll need an adjustable ball mount like the BulletProof Hitches 2-Ball Mount for 2" Hitch item # MD204. The Blue Ox item # BLU34TR you were looking at only works with tow bars on flat towing set ups.
What information I really need from you is how far back your hitch pin hole is on your receiver to the edge of your spare tire. The BulletProof item # MD204 is going to extend out 10-7/8" or 12-3/8" from this hitch pin hole when connected. It will also give you up to 6-1/4" drop.
If you could take that measurement and put it in the comment box below I would be happy to confirm this is the right ball mount you need or find you the correct one.
