Recommended Drop Ball Mount for a 2025 Toyota Sienna
Updated 03/17/2025 | Published 03/16/2025 >
Question:
I have a Drawtite hitch mounted on a 2025 Toyota Sienna. Considering buying this adjustable ball mount as I need about 7 to 7 1/4 inches of rise, would try it at 8inch to allow for some lowering of vehicle with weight on it. Trying to make sure that the reinforcement gusset will clear the bumper. Looks like 3 and 1/4inch from center of pin hole to edge of bumper, and 3 and 3/4inch from top of ball mount to bottom of bumper. I think that the gusset will angle away from the vehicle enough to clear easily, but can you confirm? Including photo of hitch and bumper.

Hey Thad, the Flint Hill Goods Adj Ball Mount # FHG25VR measures 3 1/8" from the center of the hitch pin hole to the edge of the gusset, so it should clear the vehicle easily.
What sort of stuff are you hauling with your Toyota? Let me know in the comments if there is anything else I can do for you!

Thanks for this confirmation, I thought it would clear. My only other reservation about this adjustable ball mount (FHG25VR) is noise. Do you think if I replace one of the two pins on the adjustable part with an anti-rattle device like Part Number C69HR, would that work/fit inside the adjustable part, and quiet down the noise?
