Does this run on household 120V or is it 12V? Is there a preference between AC or DC power when it comes to a refrigerator?

Hey Ellis! The GE Profile RV Refrigerator w/ Freezer item # GE48FR runs off of 12V DC power. This means it'll run off of your RV's batteries when you're not connected to shore power and is compatible with solar power. You're going to want to go DC power if you're installing this fridge in a RV or trailer.

hey Jerred, it's an Alpha Wolf travel trailer. This is 12v fridge and should be able to run off my converter, right? thank you very much
