I own a 2022 Solitude by Grand Design, Model 390RK. I am looking for the correct electric brake size for my unit. I believe they are 12 x 2 brakes for 8,000-pound axels, is this correct? I could not find any on your website.

Hey Robert! Looking at the parts list from Grand Design there were six different axles used throughout the production of the 2022 Grand Design Solitude 390RK. Only two of them were 8k and those two used disc brakes. I'm assuming you have drum brakes with a 7k axle. Go ahead and double check your axle tag just to be sure.
Assuming you have 7k axles on there you can use the etrailer Electric Trailer Brakes - Self-Adjusting # AKEBRK-7-SA. If you would rather stick with Dexter we also have the Dexter Nev-R-Adjust Electric Trailer Brakes # 23-464-465. If you have a different axle please send me a picture of the axle tag or drop the serial number and name of the axle manufacturer in the comments below. I can use that information to find out exactly what you need.

Hey Robert, did you get a chance to check the axle tag on your Solitude to confirm whether you have 7k or 8k axles? Knowing that would help confirm if the 12" self-adjusting brakes were the right match. Your update could make it easier for others with the same model to find the right fit.
