2015 Mercedes Benz 550GL Towing Mirror Kit Recommendation

Question:
I am trying to find a good fitting left and right side mirror extension for my 2015 Mercedes Benz 550GL. I’m particular about any potential scratching in installation and use.

Hey Greg, thanks for reaching out!
I've got some towing mirrors for you, but you'll need to use universal-style mirrors because nobody makes a custom fit that slides on over your factory mirrors.
My favorite kit is the K-Source Universal Dual Lens Towing Mirrors # KS3990 because the parts that touch your mirror housing are plastic and rubber, plus the dual lens gives you a much wider field of view. the only fit criteria for these mirrors is that they are compatible with most mirrors that are 4-1/2" to 11-1/2" tall.
I actually had the opportunity to fit these mirrors to a 2020 Audi Q7 so I'm linking that video to this page for your reference.
