Question:
I recently got a CURT Echo brake controller. I paired it and used it perfectly fine. Second time I used it, same car, same phone, same trailer the Echo couldn’t be paired to. The hazards and turn signals work on the trailer, so power is getting through. There’s also no light turning on at all on the echo. I’m lost as to what to try now.

Hey James; have you checked your 12V power? If not, I recommend using a tester like the # PTW2993 to see if you have power on your vehicle connector. Since the power light is not turning on it sounds like there is no power on the 12V circuit. The lights would pass through regardless. If you have power here then it is likely an internal issue and I would reach out to Curt or whoever you bought it from to replace it under warranty.
