Yes, the Dee Zee # DZ94B wheel well toolbox will fit forward of the wheel well in your 1995 Ford F-250 with an 8-foot bed. With a length of 37 inches, it will fit in the 40-42 inches of space ahead of the wheel well.
I would hang onto your 1995 truck as long as possible. Must be nice having a truck you can still work on, these new cars are like spaceships with too many things to go out. How long have you had the truck?
