Hello Kyle,

We actually already had the right cap on our site. It’s listed for the 10K jack, but it turns out it’s the same one used for the 12K jack as well.

You’ll want the Replacement Cap for etrailer and Ram Square, Direct Weld, Sidewind Jack - 10K # TJD-12000-CP.

Sorry for the delay, but you can finally get a lid on that jack that’s been sitting around for four years! Have you been using it, or has it just been serving as a paperweight?

@KateF It's not the correct one. Yours measures 4"x4" and this cap is is 4.5" x 4.5" which is why I can't find one. It is a Ram 15000 series, 12k lift and 15k capacity. Thanks

@Kyle Looks like the largest ones for our jacks is the 4"x4". I just did a Google search for, "square jack cap 4 1/2"" and a couple popped up. Sorry we don't have what you are looking for this time, but I appreciate you checking with us first. Hoe you have a wonderful Holiday Season with all your favorite people =)
