Is the Etrailer e47ZR SD tow bar compatible with the Roadmaster RM-523185-5?

No, it's not but I have alternative that does or a adapter if you already own the etrailer SD Non-Binding Tow Bar item # e47ZR.
If you already own the etrailer SD Non-Binding Tow Bar item # e47ZR you can use the etrailer Tow Bar Adapter Brackets to Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plates item # e98975.
If you don't own that tow bar you'll want to purchase the etrailer SD Non-Binding Tow Bar for Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plates - RV Mount item # e74ZR.
Both of these tow bars will work with the Roadmaster Direct-Connect Base Plate Kit item # RM-523185-5. This base plate has been confirmed to fit the 2018 Chevy Spark.
Here are the rest of the parts you'll need to flat tow your Spark:
Wiring Harness - Roadmaster Diode 7-Wire to 6-Wire Flexo-Coil Wiring Kit item # RM38FR for LED lights or item # RM26FR for incandescent
Supplemental Braking System - SMI Stay-IN-Play DUO Supplemental Braking System item # SM99251 or item # SM99243 if your motorhome has air brakes
High Low Adapter - The tow bar needs to be within 3" of level. If you measure the height of the inside top of the hitch receiver tube on your RV, and the height difference is more than 3 inches above/below the base plate tab height, you'll need a high/low adapter.
