Hello Bill, thanks for reaching out. We do offer the 5.30-12 tire/wheel combos like the Kenda # AM30850 which comes on a galvanized 5 on 4-1/2" wheel.
As far as the axle, we do carry some 3.5K axles that may work for you, but I will first need to know the hub face (HF) length, and spring center (SC) length of the current axle. It will be critical that the new axle is identical to the current. There should be a tag on the axle that has this info, or if not you will have to measure.
For example, the Trailer Axle # e72GR has a 89" HF and 74" SC. It also has a 4" drop and 5 on 4-1/2" hubs.
Reply below with the HF and SC of your axle and I am happy to look into it and see if we have anything for you.

Hey Bill, were you able to get the hub face and spring center measurements from your current axle? Once you have those, I can help confirm if one of our 3.5K axles will match. Let me know what you find so we can narrow it down.
