I would like to know if you sell the installation hardware for a C13397 trailer hitch, I bought it second hand. It did not come with bolts, washers, etc. Thank you !

Hey Michael, we do have replacement hardware for the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C13397. You'll just need # RHK and enter the hitch's item, number in the box on the page and you're all set.
If you're planning on towing anything or using any accessories in your hitch, you're going to need to at least add lights with a wiring harness # 118741.
