Troubleshooting Curt 56071 Not Working With 2024 Ram Truck

I bought a curt 56071 for a 24 ram ,I plug it in and check the trailer plug and nothing is working the way it should. its like its not wired right. But every thing work right on the truck side before I plug the curt 56071.

Hey Landry! The reason your Curt # C56071 doesn't work with your 2024 Ram is because it was designed for older models ranging from 1998-2009. For your 2024 you need the # C56070 which will work with the 1500, 2500, and 3500. If you have any other questions don't hesitate to reach out in the comments below.
