do you have a strap that connects to the standard strap for a fat tire bike the one that came with it is not quite long enough

Hello Chris, thanks for reaching out. Kuat does make a fat bike strap that works with the NV 2.0, part # APBK. This allows the rack to accommodate tires up to 5" wide. There is not a strap that can be added on to the standard straps, so swapping out the standard straps for the fat bike straps is the best option.
What is the width of the tires on your e-bike?
