Looking for a roof top bike rack for my 55 lb heybike e-bike without battery. Need the rack to lock to the crossbar, and the rack to lock to the bike. My crossbar will accept t-slot mounting rhino-rack vortex bar

Hello Philip, thanks for getting in touch. The best option for this will be the Kuat Piston SR Roof Bike Rack # KU32VR. It has a 67 lb weight capacity, so enough for your Heibike E-bike. It includes hardware for mounting to the T-slot on your Rhino Rack vortex bars. It also has an integrated locking cable which you can run thru the wheel of the bike and around the crossbar for extra security. It will work with tires up to 5" wide and 29" in diameter. Just keep in mind this is a wheel mount rack so better for bikes without fenders.
