Question:
Hello, I have an GC6AA-10E water heater that i need to replace the heating element. I am looking at the Cam02103 element with a lower wattage than the 1400 watt original to free up some electrical power. Also the socket Cam09883. Just wanted to verify that will work and to ask what sealer do you recommend for reinstalling the water heater to the camper ?

Hey Dan, yes the Camco Heater Element part # CAM02103 with the socket part # CAM09883 are correct for your Atwood water heater GC6AA-10E.
Do you mean a sealant for the element or a different aspect of the water heater install?

I see that the water tank assembly needs to be removed from the camper for heater element replacement. What sealer should I use around the outside housing where all the screws attach it to the camper ?
