I needed it to replace the heat element in my motorhome hot water tank. Made the job go a lot easier.

by:

Haven't used it yet but seems the quality is good. Received it in a few days and the price was competitive. Can't give it 5 stars yet until I use it. I will order more stuff from etrailer.com if they stock it.

Worked just fine and expect it to continue to do the job.

by:

Tool worked great. Like going through etrailer. Shawnee(our order person) was great. Told her what I needed and she had the part number and ordered for me in a couple of minutes.

by:

This tool worked as design and as expected. I would not have been able to change the water heater element without it.

It worked grea, Ive only used it the one time

by:

Service couldn't have been quicker. Very helpful on the phone. Everything I ordered was top quality, water heater element tool is heavy duty. Element was super tight but not a problem. Haven't used heater element yet but not worried. Etrailer is tops on my list.

by:

Package makes this look like it is for a home water heater and looks like it is too big for the element in my rv water heater. I decided to give it a try before I returned it. It worked fine.

by:

This item was describe as it was for removing the water heater element. The socket bent when I tried to remove the Heater element bolt. Had to buy and use a mechanics deep socket to remove the bolt.

by:

Fit for purpose tool. I had to replace my electric water heater. You need this tool.

by:

This part is junk! I only gave 1 star as no star was not an option. It should not be purchased with any expectation that it will work for it's intended use as it fits the heater element very loosely and repeatedly slips off. My solution was to go and purchase a "real" 1.5" deep socket that fit properly. Don't waste your money on this item!

by:

Works well

by:

by:

by:

work great on r.v. hot water heater I give it a 10+

by:

Great addition to my RV toolkit. And at a good price.

by:

Product worked as advertised. Less than half an hour to install. Glad I bought the install tool to replace the heating element as I'm not sure my socket would have fit through the sheet metal hole around the heating element plus I will have it in the camper if I have to use it again in the future.

by:

Works as described.

by:

Super handy when you need it

by:

by:
