Will this hitch fit a 2002 Ram 1500 quad cab with a 78 inch bed, manufactured 05/02. I want a frame mounted hitch. Already ordered 1 from you guys that did not line up. My fault, should have asked.It was a curt 14361. Thanks, William

Hey William, the two hitches you mentioned are not listed as a fit for your 2002 Ram 1500. The hitch you tried is for newer Ram trucks and the # 14001 is for 2500/3500 trucks but we do have the # 13326 which I know you had mentioned earlier as being a style you didn't want but it's only option. How come you didn't want this style of hitch?

Just does not look as strong. So, I guess the appearance, I am not saying that is true, just looks like it to me
