Hi Brad; that 2024 Durango Gold G386FLF sure looks nice! Since you have the Sidewinder you can use a fixed 5th wheel hitch in your 2019 Ram 3500 short bed. My recommendation is the B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Hitch for Ram Towing Prep Package # BWRVK3600.
The Companion is loaded with great features like a 1" thick dual jaw for a secure connection and the non-binding cam-action latch handle to prevent binding. It is also made in the USA. All of this equates to a really great towing experience that is tough to beat. You will also need the Sidewinder Wedge Kit for B&W # RP74FR.
