Hello Javier; I'm sorry to say none of the custom fit hitches for the 2007 ML320 CDI will fit with the air ride suspension. The only solution is to take the # E-9 to a local fabricator and have them fashion a custom hitch for your vehicle. For wiring, you can use the Curt Powered Tail Light Converter w/ 4-Way Flat # C59496.

Hey Javier, were you able to have a fabricator build a custom hitch for your ML320 with the air ride suspension? It’d be great to hear how that setup worked out with the Curt wiring harness. Your update could make it easier for others with the same vehicle.
