Replacement Hub/Drum Assembly Needed For A Older Boat Trailer

I need a brake drum hub for an older boat trailer. 10 drum 5 bolt x 4.5 inner race 2.442OD inner brg 1.249 ID outer race 1.941OD outer brg .75 ID depth of hub 5 3/8 Can you help Thanks

Hey Dennis,

Based on the dimensions you provided it looks like your hub uses bearings # TMK36FR (LM11949) and # LM67048. The Dexter Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 2,500-lb Axles - 5 on 4-1/2 # DX22XR is the only option we currently offer that uses these bearings and it unfortunately isn't a hub/drum assembly. You'll most likely need to replace the axle at this point to get a more common spindle and hub/drum.

If you want to go that route then you'll want to measure the spacing between the hub faces and spring seats (see diagram below). If you want some help or find that your measurements don't match up to anything we offer then you can call our customer service department at (800) 298-8924 and they can custom order the axle with you.
