Hey Therese, yes, we do deliver to Canada and we also have a hitch and wiring for your 2016 Ford Mustang (cool car by the way). For your car we only have one hitch, the Draw-Tite Class 1 Trailer Hitch # 24928. This hitch will work with the convertible models as well as the Fastback models: Shelby, Mach-1, and Active Exhaust models.
For wiring, I suggest going with the Curt T-Connector # C56088 which is a plug in harness, making install super easy. For pricing and everything else you'd need to call into our customer service line and they will be able to get you the most accurate pricing.
