Question:
I have a 2018 lifted f350 xlt superduty 4x4 long bed and want to put the 7500xl bags on it. Do i need anything special because its lifted 6in? As well as an on board compressor and the BandW gooseneck hitch.

Hey Michael,
A 6" lift doesn't always equate to a 6" spacer so you'll need to measure the distance between the mounting brackets to determine the correct lift spacer:
Between 6-1/2" and 7-1/2" # F2536
Between 7-1/2" and 8-1/2" # F2366
Between 8-1/2" and 9-1/2" # F2367
Between 9-1/2" and 10-1/2" # F2370
Between 11-1/2" and 12-1/2" # F2374
The Firestone Airide Red Label Extreme Duty Air Helper Springs # F95FV would be the correct kit for your 2018 Ford F-350 and would be compatible with the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch w/ Custom Installation Kit # BWGNRK1116 you were looking at for your truck as well.
For the air compressor you'll need one that can go up to 150psi like the Firestone # F56VV (Single Path) or # F96VV (Dual Path). Both of these compressors will come with a remote as well as a Bluetooth app to monitor your psi levels and adjust them. The dual path compressor would be a good option if you plan on hauling uneven loads in the bed that could make one side sag more than the other.
Since you're adding in a gooseneck hitch an in-bed 7-way # 41157 would make it much easier to plug in your trailer's connector if you don't already have one.
Let me know what you think and if you still have questions or any other preferences I'd be happy to help.

Hey Michael, how did things go with the Firestone air bags and lift spacers on your lifted F-350? Did the compressor setup give you the control you were looking for when hauling with the B&W gooseneck hitch? Your update could make it easier for others working with a similar lift.
