Availability of a Double Male Hitch Adapter for an RV

Question:
Hi team, Im looking for a product like this but one that can attach to my RVs 2 in hitch on the other end. Almost like this exact adapter but with a male end on one side. Does that exist? Curt C45013 Thanks, Reet
