Hey Wally! The answer to your question is going to come down to how much clearance you have between the top of your tire and the bottom of the fender.

The Provider ST205/75R15 Radial Trailer Tire item # MX37FR you were looking at measures 27.11" in diameter. The st205/75d14 you're replacing is almost an entire inch smaller at 26.3". You're going to want somewhere around 2" - 3" of clearance so your tire doesn't rub your fender when the suspension flexes.

Hey Wally, how did things turn out with the Provider ST205/75R15 tires for your boat trailer? Did you end up having enough clearance under the fenders? Your update could make it easier for the next person checking tire sizes.
