Hey Jason,
What you're needing is the Class IV Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C14017 to replace the OEM hitch on your 2023 Ford F-150. This is a pretty standard installation process that comes with new mounting hardware, so you won't be reusing the old hardware for your OEM hitch - this is nice because it means you don't have to worry about the integrity of the old hardware.
I'm attaching an installation video where Brad does a great job talking about and showing the installation on a 2023 Ford F-150, and I'll be adding a photo of this as well so you get a good idea of what will look like after the installation.

Hey Jason, how did the replacement go with the Curt Class IV hitch on your F-150? Did the new hardware make the swap easier than expected? Your update could make it easier for others planning the same upgrade.
