Does Torklift Hitch TLF1008-30 Require Washers When Bolting Together

Question:
Are washers supposed to be used on the connecting bolts between the main crossbar of the receiver and the side plates? There is 4 bolts on each side. There is conflicting information as the etrailer installation video shows washers being used on both inside and outside of the bolts, The Etrailer product pictures show no washers being used, but the installation manual shows washers being used only on the outside.

Hey Kyle, when in doubt always go with what the install instructions show for the install of the Torklift Hitch part # TLF1008-30. Our install pictures and video were probably just trying to get the components together so that it looked good enough for a picture and wasn't thinking in terms of following instructions to a T like they probably should have.
