Question:

will the curt 45933 dual ball attachment fit on the curt 17122 hitch shank? if so, how much of a is it on the bottom holes?

Hey Paul,

Yes, the Curt Dual Ball Attachment # C69NR and the Curt Weight Distribution Shank # C17122 are compatible with each other.

The shank has holes 1-1/4" apart while dual ball attachment has the pins spaced 2-1/2" apart so the pins will skip a hole when you link these together.

Hey Paul, how did the fit work out when you paired the Curt dual ball attachment with the weight distribution shank? Your update could make it easier for others trying the same setup.

@JonG I ended up going a different route. I Paired the curt dual ball attachment and the Blue Ox Blu74er shank. It's a longer shank and heavier duty than the curt. So far it's handled my 16' cargo trailer just fine.
