Recommended Bike Rack for a Aventon E-Bike Rack With Fenders

Question regarding the Kuat Transfer V2 single bike rack. We currently use a Yakima 2 bike rack similar design to the Kuat for my wifes e-bike Aventon Pace 500.2 which has fenders. We place the tire hook over the center of the frame which is quite low. The Yakima racks tire hook has enough travel to accommodate this. Looks like the Kuat would also work. Can you confirm? Thanks.

Robert, it actually looks like the Kuat Sherpa 2.0 # KU64FR is not going to work they way you want it because the hooks on this rack interfere with the fenders since they sit right against the forks.
I'd recommend going with a frame mounted rack instead with the Thule DoubleTrack Pro XT Bike Rack for 2 Bikes # TH92BJ. This rack has a two bike, 35 lb per bike capacity, and will work with tires up to 5" wide.
If you need a bit more capacity out of the rack you can use the Benton Shifts&Grins Bike Rack for 2 Bikes # B54FR which has an increased 55 lb per bike capacity and will work with 4" wide tires.
