Hey Kenneth,
The Bulldog Winch Ratcheting Wheel Tie-Down Strap # BDW20362 works with up to 37" tires and your 255/80R17 Falkin tires have a 33.1" diameter so this strap will fit perfectly!
This installs with D-Rings so if you don't already have some on your trailer, I recommend picking up the D-Ring Tie Down Anchor # RR6K because it's rated high enough to handle the working load limit of the tie-down strap, and it has the hidden design so the floor sits more even when you aren't using them.
